Nike paid more to Michael Jordan in 1998 than (I believe) 32,000 child labor workers in Vietnam.

Also Ford uses cheap labor in Mexico, as does any other company who outsourced to Mexico.

Yo better believe it. They are not using kids in a way that Americans think. Kids in other countries have to work. For instance in mexico there are various factories and children in small towns seek jobs there because they can still go to school and help their single mother earn a living. Its a sad story but no one thinks about that when u pay top $ for jordans or brand name clothes. The company nakes more then half the price of the items while the manufacturers might get $5 a day.

It changes often because brand names realize that the public cares what is going on behind closed doors.....I know nike was one of them!!!! I know New balance, sauconys, red wings, and birkenstocks are sweatshop free.
Always look at the tag, if it is made in the usa it is sweatshop free!!!!
