My friend decorated a cermaic mug with permanate markers, but I'm afriad that the drawing will wash off expeciall after a lot of use. Is there a way to keep it intact?

There's no ironclad guarantees.
But you could buy glossy acrylic medium and varnish, and varnish the cup, especially over the decorations, with maybe 2 or 3 coats. Let dry overnight. That should help. Note: Be sure to wash out your brush with soap and water immediate after using it with acrylic, each time. If it dries on your brush, it will become plastic!

S.A.M. is right, the best way to make sure the marker will not come off is to glaze again, and then fire it again. Perhaps you can find a ceramics shop in your area which will do this for you!

It will wash off
You could try a protective spray

Coat it with a clear glaze and fire it again briefly so the glaze sets.
