She has been telling me that she wants to have child but she is taking birth control pill without letting me know.
How can I prove it to the court if I want to file an abuse against her.

the reason I am saying she is cheating becuase
she is telling me she wants to have child but when I asked her about pill she said the pills are not birth control pills --those are other drugs but she won't tell me what are those drugs for, I am 90% sure she is taking birth control pills, but she should tell me that ---should not she ?

I know it sucks to be in that situation-my ex cheated on me relentlessly, and I couldn't make myself leave until I had proof. But it was because I didn't want to throw away my marriage on just a whim or a suspicion. It had nothing to do with court.
Because that proof, even if you have it, isn't going to do you a darn bit of good unless you are suing her for alimony, or you have a prenuptial agreement. You will still split your property the same way, even if she cheated 50 times and you had it on video with a signed confession. It COULD possibly help you in a custody battle, depending on what state you live in, but you don't have kids together. If you want to get a divorce, every state has a "irreconcilable differences" option to file. It just means you don't want to be together anymore-you don't have to have a reason or proof.
She is telling you she wants to have a baby to keep you from suspecting her. Think about it-if you believe that she is so happy and in love with you to want to have a kid, that would be the last thing you would be worried about. It's a good thing she's taking that birth control, dude, because if your marriage is doomed you don't want the future of a broken home and childsupport payments

How do you know that shes cheating? If you say because she's still taking the birth control that's not a reason. It could be that she is not ready to have a child. You need to ask her. She might be scared to start a family. You need to ask about the birth control. If the answer is she doesn't really want children then move. She has wasted enough of your time.Good luck.

If you want a divorce, divorce her. Big deal. BC pills are for other reasons that just to prevent pregnancy. This is not abuse, fella, sorry. Good luck with the court thing. What are you trying to prove?

if you know that she's cheating on you, that's enough! you don't need to prove it to anyone else. court procedures can drag on and on, and what good will come of it in the long run? you'll just have more court costs, and time wasted. this woman has wasted enough of your time as it sounds. I'm really sorry about what she's done to you, but the faster you can get her out of your life, the sooner you'll be able to heal, and move forward to a better life. you deserve a lot better that her.

Hey if she is cheating and you know it just go to court and get a divorce and be done with it. If you go to all the trouble of getting evidence chances are the judge will not even look at it.

First this is not abuse. Second you haven't made your case that she's cheating on you. Third, if you're hell bent on getting a divorce, why not just do it? Don't make it an ugly divorce. That just zaps all your time, energy, and money, and it's not worth it. Just make it fair, split everything 50/50, cut your losses and move on. Why create more greif for yourself?

Hire a private detective to get some evidence - photographs, tapes of conversations, videos even. That will stand up in court.

You cant do anything about her taking birth control, except talk to her. If she is cheating, you must have real concrete evidence, practically pictures or video of them together.

Just tell her you know she's taking the pill and see about going your separate ways.

first you did not state anything about how she has abused you. Only thing I can figure out by what you said is that your wife speaks with a forked tongue, and I am fairly certain that is not abuse unless you are married to a rattle snake.
