hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me about womens clothes sizes. i'm from U.K. and generally a size 8 here is supposed to be a size 6 U.S.
but when i went online to buy my girlfriend some presents from the babyphat range, the sizes were in odd No.'s (0,1,3,5,7,etc) i was wondering if anyone could help me out with which size i should choose! thanks much appreciated!

i would get the lowest number next to the even one, so a size 8 would be a 7, etc,,,, here, womens sizes usually run 6, 8, 10, while juniors run 5, 7, 9 but you can find clothing for all ages in both lines,,,, so juniors isnt neccessarily just for teen/20's and and womans isnt just for older

A UK size 8 is supposed to be the same as a US size 4 (not a US size 6).

But looking at the size chart for the BabyPhat range, it would probably be smaller, so I would get a size 1 or 3. If you know your girlfriends's exact measurements, that would be very helpful.

HTH : )

Here's a tip for shoes. Take the last number of the two and that's your U.S. size. Like a U.K. 37 is a 7 - 7.5 and Etc.

Juniors clothes (for teens and young women, i.e. trendy T's and clubwear) tend to come in odd sizes. Casual wear, dresses, and nicer clothing (something you'd wear to work) come in even sizes. I'd go the next number up. For example, if she wears a 6 U.S., get a 7.

I would say pick 7 since Babyphat clothes are usually smaller. And it's easier to have it fixed when it's bigger then when it's too small.
Plus, they might shrink in the washing machine. Good Luck!

i would go with a size 7. since some clothes shrink when washed and around the holidays some people like to eat a bit more and might want 'extra' room in their clothes, lol.

if you wear a 6 in the US. then you could probably fit in a 7 .. a 5 might be a little bit snug .. yeah some stores have odd number and some stores are even .. hope this helps !

We need more info about your girl. 0-7 are all junior sizes (as opposed to misses) and are generally small sizes.

A five might be kinda tight. The brand is made for a "tight" fit. I would get a seven if i were you. Just make sure it has belt loops, just in case they turn out to be a little big.
