Don't do it publically, don't get caught, And don't involve anyone else if you don't want to risk being arrested and labeled a "sex offender". Just find other hobbies, don't think about it, the reason it feels good is because if sex didn't, the species would go extinct, and the reason it's happening now is that historically humans rarely exceeded the age of 35 years, but we are supposed to be more than just f------g animals, learn about safe sex before you try it, a STD can jeopardize your life and future, and avoiding that risk is the only advantage to wanking off. You might better leave this until you are old enough to legally consent to sex, do it too much now and by the time you're in your 20's you'll be bored with it, and if you get too rough you can do yourself serious damage. Don't let it control you, if it does, get professional medical or mental help.

it is healthy for you to masturbate either by you alone or having someone else do it for you. sperm needs to be ejected regularly. In addition, you are a teenager and your hormones have a lot to do with that including a very high urge to masturbate and have sex.
