Wow, lots of silly answers to these questions.
The first indication that you are pregnant is that you fail to have your period on time. But this is not a good indication because many woman miss or have late periods for lots of reasons (eg, worry over being pregnant).
If you are pregnant, your hormones will change and you so you can find out using a home pregnancy test. These are not 100% reliable, so if the test says you are pregnant you go to the doctor and get another test.
You can test positive and still not be pregnant. There are such things as hysterical pregnancies. Doctors don't "diagnose" (sorry that is such a bad word to say here) pregnancy until they do an ultrasound, around 3 months.

No. Conception can take hours to occur and another day (or more) for implantation to occur. Also, sperm can live for a few days waiting for an egg. Ovulation generally occurs between 11 and 14 days after the first day of your period.
The only reliable way to tell is to wait until you've missed a period and have a pregnancy test. If you stress over it, you can actually cause your period to be late.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, get to a pharmacist and get Plan B asap (you only have a 72 hour window for it to be effective).

No, you cannot find out until at least 10 days after conception. However, you sound more like you should go take the morning after pill, instead, which works for up to 72 hours after sex to prevent pregnancy. Go to a pharmacy, call your doctor or contact Planned Parenthood to ask about it. Please.

You won't get symptoms the day after having sex.
It takes a while..
And you know your pregnant when..
The way you pee changes..
You start gaining weight.. && your eating normally
Or simply a pregnancy test

You can't know you're pregnant till 3 weeks or more after unprotected sex.

There isn't any way to tell if you are preg. after one day. You simply will have to wait a couple weeks to see if you miss your period.

u skip a period, u start throwing up, your nipples hurt, but to be sure take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor.
