that is swimming at the beach/0cean not in a pool? can i g0 swimming a couple of weeks after getting it pierced?? and would it fall out??

because i am going to the beach in a few weeks! at the beggining of jan! and i want to know i can go swimming coz it will suck if i can't and it's a surf beach!

Falling out isn't the problem, risk of infection is the problem.

It's suggested by piercers that you don't swim during the healing time of a piercing. If you DO, it shouldn't be as soon as a couple weeks. I'd suggest waiting at least a month or more, then you have to clean it IMMEDIATELY once you get out of the water. While the salt water won't have a negative on the piercing, too much of it while swimming that stays on after you get out of the water will irritate the hole.

So if you go swimming, wait a while, and clean it thoroughly as soon as you get out!

Yes you can go after a couple of weeks the only thing is that it still may sting because of the bleach/chlorine

That depends on the condition of ur piercing.If it's still bleeding/have pus,then u better not swim.If it has healed properly by then(no redness,bleeding or swelling),go ahead!

if you have the backing on it wont fall out. if you clean it after swimming theres no problem

i dont know about swiming but i have my nose piercied oh yeah thanks for the input on the guy problem
