Check the university's catalog out. They will usually have a section that shows which courses satisfy the different subject areas for degrees. If you can't find this information, I would sit down with an advisor to see if your specific courses qualify for Pol Sci

I would say that homeland security counts however the other two do not. If you want, you could list economics and community health under "other relevant courses".
