i have the k1m and i bought the music essentials kit so i could get music on the phone. it's not working. i checked to make sure my computer had the right system requirements and it does. i even took it into the verizon wireless store and they couldn't help me. they think they did but they didn't. they gave me this website where i could download this fix for the program...well, the fix didn't work. i don't know what to do. anyone have the same problem? can anyone help?

Hm...Like what exactly do you see? Like when you want to do this essantials kit? Anyways, about the KRAZR I never actually liked either the KRAZAR or the RAZR. They both stink! I recommend you return it and get something else like the enV or some other new phone.

If you bought it for Verizon you can only put music on it buy adding the V Cast service to your plan and downloading music through that. I asked a few Verizon reps that help with questions where I work, I sell cell phones, and you cannot put your own music from your computer on them.

I have a white krazr and after the 4 months of having it I had to get it despatched in and altered because the silver and the buttons were coming off. Then they upgraded the phone so now it basically holds one hundred txts extremely of three hundred. Very lame. Then after a finished of 6 months, the battery is almost completely shot and should be on the charger 24/7. i'd actually not recommend getting a krazer. It hasn't been the superb telephone for me. oh and thanks for answering my question... i understand i favor to easily make the bypass, yet idk if he replaced into basically being well mannered and making convo at the same time as he requested what i replaced into doing this coming weekend, or how I might want to ask him in the front of a lot of ppl at artwork because it should be almost almost not a chance to get him on my own.

This is slightly off topic, but you'll want to use a headset when using the Krazr. The antenna is at the base of the phone and covering it with your hand will decrease the reception.
