I've heard alot of people say different ways so I wanted to hear opinions from you guys as well.

Spray two or three sprays above and away from your head. Wait a second or two and then walk thru it. Some put it on their pulse points that get hot: wrists, elbows, neck, and behind the knees.

I spray mine in the air once then wait a couple of seconds and walk thru it. Then i spray a second time but not as much as the first time and do the same thing as before. This will definitely concentrate on more than one area and that is what you want.

Hold the bottle in front of you and spray it into the air, then walk through the mist, twirling a bit to make sure it falls all over you :) That's the way I like it. That way it's not concentrated just on my wrists or neck, it's in my hair, on my clothes, and any exposed skin.

Spray, delay, walk away. In other words, don't spray it directly on your skin; spray it into the air, wait a few seconds, then walk into the mist.
