I take care of my brother as if he were my own, but I am unsure of if it will result in something bad for me. I mean I love kids, I am always watching a baby story on TLC (also bringing home baby, so I may of saw some of you all) , I alrady have name picked out for the kids I want to have .(Kaiara Juelz or Santana Alix) I am taking care of my baby brother basically (right now he is eating, finally feeding himself but our table cloth becomes a piece of artwork) and I am the only kid who probably wanted to give their mother (dont see dad at all) the talk and mom was bascially blow away and got embrassed cause I said it in the Geogria Aquarium when we visited Geogria with my cousin and her baby K.K. I am very 'backwards' as my mom cal lme cause I hated dolls up until two years ago and now you wont find my house spotless of a baby doll. (i dont really play with them that much anymore) Could this result in a teen pregnancy? (also my 'big sister' who had a baby is the person I copy so yeah)

Just remember to get an education. Women who are educated tend to make more money and have healthier children. Go to school...... so you can take care of your babies! The longer you wait, the better.

Sounds like you have a very strong maternal instinct. That's a good thing. :-) I'm guessing by your post that you are young; channel your "mommy urges" by babysitting, helping your mom, volunteering at a daycare, etc. It's great experience for you and a good way to earn some extra money.
As far as teen pregnancy goes, when you do become sexually active, use birth control and condoms. Taking care of children is wonderfully rewarding, but you don't want to be taking care of your own until you know you know you are mature enough and really ready (although some of us adults never really feel "ready"). As I'm sure you know, unprotected sex can give you a lot more than a child; you don't need to deal with that.
Enjoy your youth, enjoy your baby brother and just have fun with life.

its fine to love kids and enjoy looking after them,don't worry bout it. I'm sure you know the facts of life by now. so only if you have unprotected sex will you become pregnant.I'm not gonna lie to you, even with protection there is a chance you can become pregnant.You need to very very careful, which I'm sure you no about already so I'm not goin to lecture you.When you do decide to have sex you need to make sure your ready for all the consequences. like STD's such as HIV/AIDS,chlamydiae,herpes,VD, and many many more not to mention a baby.At least you know with your bro you can always hand him back to your mom and go out with your pals and have fun. If you know the dangers and are concerned about becoming a teen mom you know what to do to prevent it.You have your whole life ahead of you, enjoy your time you have now.I would also like to praise you for helping your mom out the way you do,she is very lucky to have you. good luck in the future!

A maternal instinct is a good thing. It means you are caring and loving. If you do not allow it to become an obsession to have a baby before you are ready for one, you should be fine, especially if you are not having sex.

i took care of my brother and sister my whole life until i moved out like they were my own and i didnt want kids because of this i have one now and i love him to death but dont get pregnant while you are a teen just cause you watch your bro all day long sometimes that just happens wait until you move out and married and you have partied it up for a while, having your own baby is different then babysitting believe me

It is your responsiblity to make sure you don't have a teen pregnany...
Don't have a baby until you know you are capable of caring for it COMPLETELY on your own.
It's great to love kids, and at your age I did too. That changed as I entered my twenties and understood what a huge responsiblity it is.
