It's more common to say:

1. Be careful not to spill oil on the floor. If that happenS, TAKE IT OFF immediately,
(The oil is ON the floor, so it should be taken OFF. If it was IN the floor, you would take it OUT.)

2. It's more correct to say 'ON hard winter days' than 'IN hard...'.

A corridor is an indoor passageway.
A slope is outdoors, like the side of a hill. (Did you mean 'steps'?)
Use 'path' (or 'paths') instead of 'corridor' if you're talking about outdoors. Use 'steps' instead of 'slopes' if you're talking about indoors.

On hard winter days, sprinkling water on the paths or slopes is dangerous because it could freeze. (Outdoors)
or
On hard winter days, sprinkling water on the corridor or steps is dangerous because it could freeze. (Indoors)

3. Clean especially well in the back of the building, in the workplace’s corners, around the machines and equipment, in low light places and in dusty places. Also clean toilets, dressing rooms, dining room, kitchen, etc.

'Equipment' doesn't need an 's' at the end, it usually means more than one item.
It's easier to read two shorter sentences than one long sentence.

4. The last one is correct, except bicycles and bikes are different words for the same thing, so you don't have to use them both.

By the way, the best way to check your writing, assuming you want to communicate with others, is to read it aloud to yourself. You should be able to hear any problems.

Now, I am assuming you want some checking (editing) of the words above. So here goes:

Take care not to spill oil on the floor. If you do spill it, clean it up immediately so that it does not sink in.
On cold winter days, any water sprinkled on the corridor or the slopes will likely freeze and hence be dangerous to pedestrians.
11. Clean especially the backside of the buildings, the workplace corners, and around the machines and equipment, including the low light place, dusty areas, toilets, dressing rooms, the dining room and kitchen, and so on.
12. Cars, bicycles, and similar vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
