i hated john cena when he first came into the wwe. now i think he's the most entertaining superstar. why do so many people hate the guy.

i agree. i think that the cena we see now is the real him and its so entertaining. and five questions on wwe.com is funny as hell

and as for no talent. how can you say that when superstars like the big show, great khali and umaga have no in ring skills what so ever

They do not like the man he plays on tv. The problem is that people see that he is trying to be like em, but like someone else said he is just being Jon Cena. He used to act like a punk but now he just goes in and does his thing.

Personally, I don't like John Cena that much. I accept that he's entertaining, he's good on the mic. But he has limited himself to having less moves than PS2 game moveset. Then WWE put him in a submission match and *gasp* he gains a new finisher.

If he became more innovative, and had a wider range of moves (like Chris Benoit, as some one mentioned, or even Edge) I would think him improved, and would probably like him more.

I also do not like him because of the extensive push he's been given by WWE, so he's popular, that doesn't mean he should be (admittedly, on and off, predominantly on though) WWE Champion for almost two years. If he lost the title, and started having non-title feuds, he would be much improved in my eyes.

I know I thought he was a weird guy with the thuganomics on smackdown, but down he is the most entertaining superstar ever on WWE. I'm not a big Cena fan, but I still think he is good. To those who don't like them, you can suck DX!!

Cena's an entertainer not really a true wrestler. Benoit or Edge would have him for breakfast.He's only 1 move anyway.
I'm watching Raw now as well.Edge winning was pretty much predictable.you know the way this story is gonna run.

i didnt like him for a long time but he has grown on me and i think he is not bad at all not as good as the man ive followed since he arrived in the wwf/wwe HHH but hey it would be good to see cena v the rock at wrestlemania

Because we don't like people that get pushed in our faces when we are trying to turn away from him. We do not like over rated superstars who have been pushed so hard. He simply sucks. If he wants respect he should get some training from wrestlers in the ROH and dump his Chaingang/rapper/soldier gimmick.
