Try oatmeal mixed with applesauce, fries, hamburgers, nuggets, or even canned dishes like spaghetti Os, spaghetti and meatballs, etc.

What nothing that may hurt your baby...but maybe something like vegetables, i heard that they will help your baby like vegetables in the future. Don't forget food should be in small pieces, and its good to fully cook food, because a baby's body is different from an adult's body.

They eat anything that you eat except you should cut meat up into smaller pieces. They mostly like finger food like cooked sliced carrots, green beans, french fries, meats cut into bite size bits. I wouldn't give a one year old weiners (hotdogs) though because of the possibility of choking. But they enjoy most foods that chew easily.

At a year old they can and will eat just about anything they can get in their mouths. You need to be careful about the size of the bites of meats and things that wil not dissolve easily.

It depends on the kid, my son at a year old, ate everything but milk products, he was lactose intolerant.

Put you still must be careful...peanuts, fritos, hot dogs ....the size of the food here is important...they can choke.

My son practically lived off crackers at that age. Enough so that I talked to his doctor about it. He liked things he could feed himself that i didn't spoon to him. Nothing too spicey, everything in small pieces (kids can choke on anything that can fit through a toilet paper roll).

My brother eats what ever we eat, (even a whole happy meal) but still a tiny little shrimp.
