1 Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope Made a lifelong Sci Fi fanatic out of Me and showed Me that anyone can stand up and overcome the most daunting odds 2 Jaws At age 13 this was the first movie I ever saw that had not been edited in any way (I.E.All the gore and curse words were still in it) talk about a stunning eye opener 3 Bridge On The River Kwai After growing up on a stead diet of old time "John Wayne" type War Film (I come from a Military Family) The ending of this Movie was simply Shattering to Me. I was so stunned. The bad guys died, the good guys died, everybody died. For the first time I thought...this is what the REAL World is like 4 Glory I was a bit older when I first saw this. But if a movie could ever teach a person what nobility, honor, and courage really is...it's Glory 5 Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back My favorite film of all time. The first two Star Wars Films were timed almost perfectly with My process of growing up. And Empire showed me that life is not always happiness and victory. Sometime the darkness ascends. As a teenager this really spoke to Me. Great Question Fonzie, Thanks

I agree 110%. We shouldn't let our materialistic pocessions define who we are as humans, our actions define who we are. I used to hear about a guy who had a nice job and a good car was who I should have been more like, but that guy would cheat on his girlfriend and treat her like **** so was he someone I should have strived to be like?

The single frame 'flashes' got me; one in the hospital; one in the stairwell at work and then, of course, the most famous one at the movies end.

Ed Norton made that movie work. The scene where he assaults himself in his boss' office was priceless.
