Bench press, fles, any chest workout. Decline bench will work the lower pec. Also any kind of cardio exercise will reduce fat. If it is gynocomastia, ***** **** in the bodybuilding world, they will not go away mow much exercise you do because it is actual breast tissue and may require plastic surgery. It is probably not gynocomastia so cardio and chest exercises should help reduce them.
