me and my partner want to have a baby and i was wondering if there is a right time to concieve or anything that could increase my chances in falling pregnate.

Honestly minus all those hormone pills from a doctor. All I can say is to get one of those tests that tells you your most fertile time and go for it then... The links below provide information on how to track your ovulation or just ask your gyn.

My partner and I started trying last month and we got pregnant this month :) I found alot of great resources at http://babyzone.com/ it takes like 2 mins to register (free) and you get a personalized ovulation calendar and access to tons of articles.
