People wear clothes because, according to the Bible, Adam and Eve ate from the forbidden tree of knowledge of good and evil in The Garden of Eden. Once aware of their nakedness, they became afraid and sewed fig leaves together and covered themselves.

If people didn't wear clothes it would bring out all the PERVERTS! It would make alot of people uncomfortable and make us seem like we have no morals. It will also make people loose respect for women. Now let's try not to ask ignorant questions OK?!?!?

To cover up parts of their bodies that were not meant to be on public display. Also it keeps you from getting a very bad sun/ wind burn in the summer and also keeps you from freezing to death in the winter. Besides the world is not ready for me in my birthday suit.After 40 nothing is where it belongs and it all hurts.HA! HA! might as well laugh it beats crying.

And from that day on human beings have been wearing clothes.

YO dragonfly I know now that I need to draw my drapes!!! LOL Seriously it has a lot to do with hygiene and protection of the body from the elements. Besides, where would you put your hands when your just standing there?? *

Because if I walked around without clothes people would start to harpoon me thinking I was a beached whale!!!! Plus do you really want to look at old men's wrinkled up ----???
Plus so you really want to sit in a seat that some smelly, dirty, nasty person sat on??? The new thing would be --- "what did you catch today from the subway/bus/or anything public seating like that"... Also if you knew that the plumber sat naked on your furniture would you sit naked on it?

so we don't freeze or burn and to keep people gussing you can't hide when your nude. also it's one oft he things that makes us diffrent from all the other animials earth did you ever notice aliens are often shown naked? maybe thats the way it is on the other planets .maybe they don't need them but we do!
