What would be a wise decision is if you two agree upon it and if you both check out what jobs are in the state that you are talking about moving to. I'm sure it would be nice for him to be around his friends but he also has to remember that he is a married man now and he has to provide for the household. Just do your research and background check and talk about it with him. If you aren't comfortable moving because he wants to be around his friends, then tell him exactly how you feel cause you are his wife and the home comes first and everything else comes after that.

I don't know if it would be a wise decision, only you can decide if it is right decision for you but I don't understand moving to another state where his friends live unless his friends have some kind of connections in the work field to help both of you. Hope this helps you in some way to decide.Good Luck

How could you not find a job? I didn't go to medical school and every time I apply for a job as a surgeon they turn me down. There are always jobs to be found. Sometimes we just aim too high or look for something we're not qualified to do. Take what you can get and don't be too proud. What does he expect one of his friends to give him a job. I want to be apathetic, but what if you move to where your husband's friends are and you still can't find a job what will the excuse be then.

Not a wise decision. Friends don't guarantee jobs. Patience and persistence do.

I wouldn't move anywhere I wasn't sure I'd absolutely have a job waiting for me. Why not contact his friends first and see if they can line something up for you before wasting money on another move.
