1) what self-tanner will leave me a natural looking tan and WON'T wash off or come off when i sweat?

1. Neutrogena spray something-or-other. It comes in different shades and it's a mist. Works well. :)

2. Trim the hair first, then shave with shaving gel for sensitive skin. Then use a sensitive skin lotion or moisturizer as an after shave kind of thing. Unless you have aftershave, lol. Then still follow it up with the lotion.

3. Cocoa butter's great for soft skin! Don't get the ones that are too oily, though. But I'd swear on cocoa butter, the stuff's amazing!

4. Pilates is great for toning! Definitely work some Pilates into your exercise routine. If not, do some oblique twists and reverse crunches. Don't do sit ups because they actually BUILD muscle and your stomach'll get bigger.
