I live life letting people believe what the hell they want. What people think is none of my business nor my concern.
I wouldn't tell if I were you... laugh it off and be happy being YOU !!

Age is not a measure of maturity, age is just a milestone or marker. If someone you are close to assumes you are a certain age you should let them know you are really xx yrs old. If they like you do your really think they will think less of you because your are younger or older? If so than you should consider the following life slogan, it works for gays and should be applied to other situations as well.
- Those who matter won't mind and those who mind don't matter.
Be true to yourself and those you love and care about. You don't need to correct everyone but yes your friends and close acquaintances should know the real you.
Peace

I am curious as to why you are so concerned with what your mother's friends think of you. You need to let her know that while you are flattered that she thinks you are 24 you are actually just turning 23. It is not your fault she guessed wrong, right?
Let her know that you seem much older than your true age because your mother raised you well and call it a day.

Would you rather look mature or be mature? Set the record straight.
P.S. One day you'll want to subtract years instead of add them. Trust me.

your going to look immature and like an idiot if she finds out your real age, and that you let her think you were older
HONESTY IS ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY, and not correcting someone in their precepts, ya thats a lie, and its WRONG

You shouldn't let her think that, because if you two ever become serious, she hold it against you if you lie about something else.
