ask her. just make sure she is rested and relaxed when you discuss it with her. shes under alot of stress with a baby in the house. take her out to dinner at a nice sit down restaurant where she will be waited on. then keep the night romantic somewhere you can be alone. it sure helps. if you cant ask her then steer the conversation that way and mention one of your own (with her). maybe shell feel more at ease to tell you one of hers.

Just ask her, really. Unless she's a prude she'll tell you. Do you ever watch porn together, maybe watch and see what she responds too. But remember, sometimes fantasies are just fantasies.
