I believe she is headed for rehab. She obviously has a problem. Drinking and drugs plus the horrible amount of weight she lost is a cry for help. I hope her dad's listening and does something about it.

i really don't know what is gonna happen to nicole richie, but she is really sick and thin and she needs to really eat some meat. and since she's underwieght and she does drugs, she's in serious trouble, her body isn't healthy at all. if she doesn't do something she could die
