I cleared my cookies and my temp internet files and this is still not working. I tried firefox and that is not working. The wierd thing is that when I used dial up, it worked but I will not work when I use my Comcast Cable connection. I also have a router on my computer and I used the other computer in the household that uses my router and works on that computer. Why is amazon.com working on that computer but not my computer. Any suggestions???

It might be possible that you have it blocked, or some of the coding on the page doesn't work in IE7...or some other reason lol. I'd personally stay away form IE for awhile, especially 7. I've had some problems with it. Use Mozilla Firefox or Opera, much more secure and faster than IE.

Hi Ganip, First try resetting your security zones as MB suggested. If this doesn't help try repairing IE by resetting your IE settings back to default. To do this open IE > go to Internet Options > Click on the Advanced Tab > and click Reset > and click OK. Hope this helps! Cheers, Cassie IE Outreach Team

Get Firefox. After using it for about five minutes you'll probably wonder why anyone would use IE.
