In a constitutional sense, yes. President Bush is a human being occupying an office. When he enters a room Americans stand to honor the Office of the President of the United States, but when he leaves that office no American shall be expected to stand when he enters, no service member will be bound by law to salute him when he passes.
The constitution designed the United States to be greater than any person occupying any office. To the founders, to our best leaders whether in the White House or the county courthouse the United States is everything.

Bush is the most powerful man in the world. He found a way to become our president twice. That means he isn't stupid.Liberals only hate. They wallow in their contempt for America and our success. They ignore everything else. 911 was planned while Clinton was making nice with Muslim extremists. Bush didn't roll over like a democrat president would have.
