Say nothing, for now at least. There's no reason to give anything away if you weren't asked. Don't volunteer anything just yet.
When you receive the gift, act with appreciation of the giver's thoughfulness, and if you really like it, rave over it.
However, if you accidentally give yourself away, or if the giver or someone else asks if you saw the receipt or knew before hand, confess, tell them it was an accident, and apologize. But don't make a big thing out of it. It's not like you were deliberately spying.
BTW: what if you're mistaken and the gift of the receipt isn't for you? Or what if the person changes his/her mind and returns it before Christmas? Don't assume, or you'll make an "***" of "u" and "me" (or in this case, of him/her).

Be honest. If it was an honest mistake and you're genuinely sorry, then telling the truth is the best thing to do. If you decide to hold out and play it off come Christmas morning you will feel guilty about the gift. So in my experience, no matter the situation, tell the truth. I'm sure that your present isn't going back to the store.

I would act like I never saw it. You don't want to disappoint the person who gave you the gift by letting them know you knew before hand what it was.

you have to really try to forget what you saw, and/or pretend in your mind that it was either taken back or for someone else...you have to be totally engrossed in the gift like "I just can't believe it!" You can pull it off, just put it out of your mind as best as you can

Don't tell him/her. Just act surprised when you open it. If it's in more than one package, technically, you WILL be surprised because you won't know what you're opening first.

If you like it just pretend that you are surprised. If you don't its not too late to hint around that you would not want that.
