in the movie the guy is show the man in a wheel chair slides and every time he changes slides, he says something about the slides and says do you see. when hes finished he lights the guy on fire and sends him down a hill. thats all i remember about the movie and its driving my crazy if you can figure it out i would be very greatful

In the movies, "Manhunter" and "The Red Dragon," reporter Freddy Lounds is pushed down a ramp, strapped to a wheelchair while on fire by ther serial killer "the Tooth Fairy." Both movies are based on the original book featuring Hannibal "the Cannibal" Lecter (before both the "Silence of the Lambs" and "Hannibal" books and films). In "Manhunter" (1986)Lounds is played by Stephen Lang and the "Tooth Fairy" is played by Tom Noonan. As a side note, Brain Cox was an interesting and very good turn as Hannibal Lecter (made famous by Anthony Hopkins' Oscar-winning turn as the same character later on). In "The Red Dragon" (2002) Lounds is played by Phillip Seymour Hoffman and the "Tooth Fairy" is played very well and creepily by Ralph Fiennes. The slides are pictures of the families the "Tooth Fairy" has killed recently. The book is excellent, probably the best in the Hannibal series, but both movie versions pale in comparison to "Silence of the Lambs." Between the two, "Red Dragon" is better and scarier, but both are good.

Red Dragon the killer was the Tooth Fairy and the reporter was the guy he bit his tongue off and glued him to a wheelchair set him on fire and then let hm roll down the hill

Remake is called Red Dragon
Both are pretty good but the original is still the best!
