The support group for transgendered mascots determined that since he is called a KING, he is male. Now, if he was the Burger QUEEN, that would make him a girl.
Mr. Obvious says "facial hair is typically male" so unless the BK is some kind of toothless circus freak, yeah, he's a dude.

male / female who cares he is just plain creepy and has definately helped me not to go to BURGER KING , as well as they are rude, don't speak english, never get order right, and when asked about their have it your way policy have been told by their management , that it's not the customers way it's the king's way, and to get the f*** out if i didn't like it !, so burger king needs toi go out of business, plus they are way too expensive!
