why doesnt honda stand up as a company and do a recall on this b/c its dangerous i was with my daughter on expressway my car just died we were in the 65mph lane we could have died

maybe the timing belt broke. who told you about the distribitor? the timing belt will break at any time after the car has over 100k miles. get a specialist to look at it and leave those shadetree mechanics alone!

I had a 91 accord EX. After doing a Tune-up I made it around the block and my car died. Everything just went completely dead. No light,steering, nothing. It ended up being the Coil. Cost about 80.00 back in 99.

The alternator is no good,the new battery helped the car for a month,but the insufficient charging is killing the battery now.
