my gamecube game is not working?

when i got to one place in Paper Mario 1000 year door the forest haven it says : cannot read game file plz read instruction manual for more details

what happened?thanx

i have read the whole manual and i tried cleaning but nothing is working

dude when that came up for me it was broken forever.
call nintendo customer service if u need to.

yep dat used 2 happen 2 me when i had madden 2004 on gamecube.I jus cleaned my disc w/rubbin alcohol
