You need to call a vet unless there are some vets on this website who can answer this question. If your friend has no money to take her to a vet for this she might need to think about getting rid of the animal. Or maybe you could loan her some money.

Puncture wounds really do require professional attention. The problem is two fold with a puncture: First the wound, Second the bacteria that can be trapped deep inside the wound. When the teeth peirce the skin and go into the flesh, they deposit bacteria deep inside. As the teeth pull out, the wound closes the bacteria are stuck inside. The wound can heal with the stuff still inside.
And there's Rabies, and all sorts ofother diseases.
Were these random dogs? Or does she know who owns them?
Have her call the local humane society and find out if they can help her find low cost vets.

Well, personally I would keep the wounds clean with 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 water. Apply neosporin sparingly and dress it with gauze if possible. After 2 days continue to clean twice a day and have the wounds open to the air. Most wounds even puncture wounds heal just fine as long as there are no signs of infection like foul odor, increased swelling, and the presence of pus.Things will progressively improve. Don't worry. These pigs are intelligent and should yield to treatment easily. Have a great oinky Christmas.

She should rest the pig and I don't know if you can quote me on this, but try using some Polysporin/and clean the wounds with rubbing alcohol.
