to stop a bad habit?

Any habit is hard to break. A habit that is bad for you will be just as hard. You need to have will power, conviction and help from your friends

Three of my hardest habits to break were smoking, drinking and biting my nails. I quit them all for my children. Some say that you don't quit a habit you just replace it with another.

Depends on the habit...some are easier to break than others. Like my cracking my knuckles...I did it for years, was able to come to a somewhat stop, but then I've started doing it again and can't seem to quit this time! :(

Depends on the habit. I can't seem to quit smoking. But I gave up whole milk and Cokes.

It would be very hard,because theres just something inside of you that kind of pushes you to doing it like this unknown force.Its very hard for me to stop OCD because it seems like a certain need.

It's hard. Took me 3 times of quitting smoking. On this 3rd time it's been 4 months & I've stuck to it~

I could do it quite easily, if I had a worse habit to replace it with.

eating much than I must is a bad habit... cause I gain much weight... but it's difficult for me to go on dieting :(
