I've been told brown hair, brown eyes, pale skin can wear anything, but what do you think?

Check the veins on the inside of your wrists - if they appear clearly blue try colors that have a stark contrast against your skin like black, bright pink, navy blue or red with silver or white gold jewelry and avoid pastels (they'll wash your skin out). If the veins appear to be green your skin has golden undertones you should play up with browns and peachy pinks and gold jewelry

your a blank canvas not saying you are plain but you skin is that way anyway and your hair is medium that is not to intense so putiing anying in it works . your palet is the clothes and makeup and you are the canvas. you can put anything on a blank canvas

I'd say that light blues would look especially striking, as well as black/red combos.

but i will try...i think the daker colors and darker green might be good..though you probably already have those.
