Try an employment agency. There are banks that hire data entry people seasonally for paticular projects. With various shifts.
Or try co-op. It's a program where students (who are not failing school) can work one week and go to school the other.
This only works if they are up to date with all the classes.

When I was sixteen I was able to get a job at a fast food restaurant as a cashier! It was one of the best jobs I've ever had! When you are young and at your first job it's like everybody is so sweet and considerate! Try starting out as a cashier at a grocery store, wal-mart, target, just anywhere it's an easy job and it helps you to gain experience! Good luck!
