where in the bay area do they sell fireworks every day of the year? if someone can give me some locations thanks.

Firework sales in the State of California are illegal all year except around the 4th of July when some cities allow the sale of the Safe and Sane type. The only city in the Bay Area that allows this sort of sale, that I know of, is Dublin.

The previous answer that indicates China Town in San Francisco is correct you can probably find some there year round, however this can only be done by contacting someone and meeting in a back alley somewhere.

San Bruno allows selling of some fireworks -nothing that explodes- before Independence Day/July 4.

i've lived here 1.5 yrs and have never seen fireworks for sale anywhere. maybe an indian casino? they are beyond the long arm of the law

Nothing in Napa or Contra Costa Counties. they are illegal. Sonoma County may sell them.
