Well lets see, Santa Claus is 300+ years old, and probaly 300+ pounds. But if being overweight has made him jolly enough to stay alive for 300+ years he may as well stick to the milk and cookies.

He should live on fruit salad just like the way he did in the wiggles. My cousin who is 4 yrs is obsessed with the wiggles, and there was an episode where there was a performance with santa singing " fruit salad yummy yummy". It took me two weeks to get that song out of my head. It is torture to my ears.

He should for his on heart exercise. But then he would no longer fit the image of santa

Only American santas are fat. They're an adaptation of Father Christmas in various North European countries.
In Holland, where the character with that name originated, he has a normal physique.
