Get a dell inspiron 9400 or XPS M1710
core 2 duo 2.0ghz
ram 1-2 gb
graphic card :geforce7900gs 256mb(inspiron) or geforce 7950gtx512mb(XPS)
also a harddisk with 120gb or 160 gb capacity would be great
try to get truelife with\for your screen(higher contrast)
these 2 computers will do everything for you, specially the XPS which is awesome.

The question is not so much brand, but specifications (which equals price). You have to get a laptop with a processor, video card, and sound that will give your game good performance - and then make sure your harddrive and memory are both large enough. Look at your game box - it show minimum specs and recommended specs. Get a laptop with the RECOMMENDED specs or higher.
