I wouldn't , evryone has the right to answer what they want , only way to do that is if you get your own private site and don't post in public forums.

Give me tumbs down to everything of theirs you can, and post comments to that effect. Report them whenever you have the thinnest of excuses.

report him every time he answers your question for harassment.

E-mail them and let them know politely that you would prefer them not to answer your questions.

And if they persistantly bother / harass you, report them as "abuse".
