I don't personally because I have a decent sized chest and need to be free! I tend to agree that it might restrict the lymph node from working properly. My sister always wears a bra to bed, but she is only about an A-B 36, and she seems to be fine.

I don't know but i have always thought that wearing a bra at nights will prevent droopy boobs when ur older but i think im incorrect
