We both like this one guy but I haven't told her because I'm afraid that she'll tell someone or somethin else. I really think he's into me and am wondering what I should do if he asks me out. We are BEST friends and I really wouldn't want to ruin our relationship by saying yes. She really really likes him.

okay. This is a very complicated situation. You might not like what I am going to tell you, but it is what I would do. So, your best friend likes this guy a lot right? But you like him too. You have to tell her. If she is your best friend, you should be able to trust her to not say anything. You two can talk it out and tell each other how much you really like him. But DO NOT go out with him UNLESS she gives you permission. No matter what, a friendship is way more important than ANY guy. Friends before boyfriends. Thats it. There will always be other guys. But it can take a lifetime to find the BEST friend you have again. IF its okay with you that she goes out with him, then tell her. If shes okay with you going out with him, then go ahead. And if no, then both of you go to the guy and tell him what is going on. He will understand , and if he doesn't, he wasn't worth it anyways. :)

This is an extremely tough situation. If you are positive that he is into you go for it. It might be a good idea before you do, to know if they have a previouse history, because if so that complicates the ordeal. If not, if she really is a good friend she will continue to be your friend.

It is not up to either of you to say who he is interested in.. If he asks either one of you out, then that person can choose to go or not.
You are not going to loose a relationship, if someone likes you better than your friend. That is really stupid..She is not going out with him.. She is dreaming about it and fantasizing, she has no ownership of him, and neither do you.. I wouldn't say anything about your feelings to anyone... they might change and so might he... You are what ifing the situation and it hasn't even happened yet. Wait and see....

Just ask the guy who he likes and if he says your best friend then hook them up but if he says you then tell your friend that he likes you and maybe she would change her mind on who she likes. Or just start to like someone else

If she was your friend then she would not mind. If she doesn't want you to like him then like her cousin they are always the cute ones.
