I had sex on the 28th of Nov the day after my period ended with a condom. I took a pregnancy test on the 15th of Dec. That is 17 days after sex and 6 days before my period is due...could I take the answer pretty seriously...I don't know and I need help thanks

I TOOK FIRST RESPONSE (5 DAYS EARLIER) 5,4,3 DAYS BEFORE MY PERIOD AND THEN 2 DAYS BEFORE I TOOK IT AND IT WAS POSITIVE THE CHANCES OF YOU GETTING A + BEFORE 3 DAYS IS LOW BUT YOU NEVER KNOW. WITH MY SON IT WAS 1 WEEK AFTER MY PERIOD AND THIS TIME IT WAS 2 DAYS BEFORE.

You could take the answer seriously.....i took a pregnancy test about a week before my period was due and it came out positive and now im 39 weeks pregnant.....I took 2 at home tests and went to the doctor to confirm it.

If you used a condom and it didn't break.. then you shouldn't have to worry but yea if your that iffy about the test... take another one.. infact take another one if your period doesn't come... sometimes results are delayed other times hormones in the body can mess up the results.. having nothing to do with sex... but yea... best advice take another one in 1-2 weeks.

It's too soon. Wait a week or so and if you don't start your period, then take another pregnancy test.

wait till you miss your period and than take a test, i recommend a week after your period is suppose to be due to take it.

You should wait untill you actually miss a period to test. Makes it more accurate.

If it said positive then YES, if it said neg wait to see if your pd is late and test again!
