In ye olden days, I may have fancied piracy on the open seas, but now I am more interested in finding respectable employment that includes travel, conflict ( I am highly risk tollerant) and community development.
Pay range 40K and up.
I also possess a shiny new BA in Communications.

Maybe not pilot, but possibly stewardess? There may be other positions at the airlines that would allow for travel.
How about the military? Seriously, international travel, conflict - not every position is on the front lines. You might consider the Coast Guard.
On the flip side, how about working for an international charity? Depending on the position, there could be plenty of opportunities for travel
There's also event planning (including corporate events, and/or training seminars) that would take you places.
