No its not to early for her to be teething......does she have one of those teething rings yet?? , if so, keep it cool, not frozen just slushy Sometimes, even though she dont have teeth yet, getting a lil toothbrush that slips on to your finger, and just rubbing with some teething stuff, might help her ease the pain...you got a lot of crabby nights ahead of you!....good luck.....Keep a baby tylenol with you at all times!......Oh yeah if you dont know already crabbiness isnt the only thing that comes with teething, sometimes they tend to run a fever, eat less, and even have diarriah!

It's not unusual for a baby that age to be teething. My youngest brother was born with a tooth and I think that must be because he is the only one I've heard of. You can get teething lotion for her gums at the pharmacy and you can also give her baby Tylenol and that really helps. You might want to think about keeping a bib on her all the time now, too, as she is going to slobber all the time and have her clothes wet which is not good. You'll also have to take extra care when you bathe her as the wrinkles under her chin get nasty from being wet so much. I had a pediatrician tell me once that teething doesn't make babies sick as it is a normal body function and they are prepared for it. Yea, right! My kids and grand kids also had diarrhea from it a lot. Teething is just one of the minor joys of motherhood. LOL Thankfully there are a lot of major joys. You'll just have to try the different teething toys. My kids never liked the ones you can keep cold. Some kids do. My youngest grand is 7 months and she has a little string of rubber beads that she gnaws on all the time and cries for if she drops it. She's been at this for months and still doesn't have a tooth through. When you can see that tooth and it's really almost through you can push on it and help her get it done. I know a friend of a friend who has to take her little one in so the Dr can split her gums as her teeth just won't come through. She was a year old and still hadn't cut one. I hope this is of some help to you. Blessings to you and the little one

both my little guys starting the stages of teething around 3 months as well. My oldest sons teeth would come up to the gum and then go back down until he was 5 months. They actually cut through once and bled a little it was so sad. So yeah, she definitly could be feeling those little teeth already.

My baby is 16 weeks now and doing the same thing, his paediatrician adviced that he is definitely teething, recommended teething gel and some teething toys. Also adviced that he will be grumpy and cry for no reason and just stop like nothing happened. You can also massage his gums from the outside and on the inside with your fingers (should be clean). Remember to keep talking to her.

It's not uncommon for baby's to start teething as early as two months. I would just get her some of that orajel stuff for babies and some teething rings. You'll probably see a tooth showing through pretty soon.

It's quite likely. My son started teething very early. All babies develop at a different pace.

She could definitely be teething. Some have teeth already at that age (my little one did). Some teeth for a long time.
