is Steadman just there for "show" If she spends so much time with Gayle King, how does she have time for her supposed heterosexual lover/friend? Why hasn't Gayle King remarried since her 1993 divorce?

Oprah is a very wise woman and she is very rich so she doesn't want something is risky to marry to a mistaken man. Also, she is very happy to be single without marriage and kids. She has lots thousand friends and she gets very busy with public relations, her team,etc. Gayle is the only person she would trust and rely on her for her dark side.... She is not ready to get married again. She is scare to marry the wrong guy, even he treats like a queen. Hint: men like to look for money,success and advantges for their adding their successful streams.

No she did not get married to Steadman for what ever reason they may have with each other. As for kids no they do not have any kids either and I think that has to do a lot with when she was
molested as a child. Gayle King is just her best friend and everybody is in titled to have one. Just because she hangs around with her friend doesn't make her different. She chooses to spend her time and spend her money on needy children and that would be on the places she visits.

Has anyone even figured out why Steadman is living in the guest house are you sure that Steadman is heterosexual? Yes maybe Oprah is spending time with Gayle but maybe she has no other choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i imagine so, yet like many women those who were molested as little ones, Oprah has a difficult time having a classic courting in the back of closed doors. Her head needs to besides the indisputable fact that that's difficult for her heart to believe.

maybe they do not choose to get married or have children
oprah helps children all over the world
gail is her best friend for a long time
as far as gail re-marrying..maybe she hasn't found the right one..

No Oprah didn't get married to Stedman, probably because it's cheaper to be that way than get married and have him try to take a huge chunk of her fortune. She did have a child as a teen, but it died or some other circumstances in that area.
