Yes, as of late, NASA is still receiving signals from Voyager I
and Voyager II which were last calculated at over 3.5 to 5
billion miles away from Earth and nearly at three-quarters the
speed of light. This region of space is in what is called
"Termination Shock Zone" , a frontier of unknown thickness
that defines the border with interstellar space.

Nah, they didn't hit anything.
Last time I heard they passed the heliopause (where the sun's radiation stops). Check wikipedia if you don't belive me, it should have it some where there.
