definitely not. well sometimes there are surprises where the cover seems to very well indeed reflect its whole contents. but in most cases and through some past experiences, i noticed that the inside are meant to be discovered through time while the surface or outside might show all the things you want, and would usually attract you all the time, it might always deceive you. for example, just because one girl is beautiful on the outside as in her appearance is so gorgeous, it does not have to mean that inside she is the same. the same goes if the girl is just plain on the surface but once you get to know her, understand who she truly is inside, you would realise that she is beautiful both on the inside and outside. for me beauty is reflected by how one presents him/herself through characters and behaviour.
