I could be all rude, but I will be serious.
Marriage between relatives is not just bad taste, but very dangerous genetically, since siblings (as well as cousins) share much DNA, including rare recessive disorders. Marriage and reproduction among relatives causes a MUCH higher likelihood that these harmful traits will breed out, and appear in the offspring. The best example of this is with dogs, where many purebred dogs have typical genetic defects, whereas mutts are often healthier.

I'm sure they'd be fine, but with a very strong family resemblance. It usually takes generations of inbreeding before you start getting freaks and mutants (for example, check out the Royal Family).

Firstly your husband wouldnt be your husband, and he would be an uncle to your kids. And if evenly divide the kids between you and your "husband" then they would be cousins. They will probably get along with the people they are "cousins" with.

Doesn't matter.
Its proven that being related has no effect on the outcome of a child. There's a 0.1% chance that there would be a birth defect.
