Um... they're called 'antlers', not horns. ;) Horns are permanent, whereas antlers fall off. And not just reindeer get them tangled up with each other. There are records of the males of various deer species, during rut season, ending up with their antlers interlocked in such a way that neither one of them could get free and both ended up starving to death.
Here are some links to some pics & a news article.
Postscript - why is someone running thru the answers in this question and giving them all a thumbs down?

If you mean when they're flying Santa's sleigh around on Christmas Eve, sorry to burst your bubble, but Santa doesn't exist, and flying reindeer don't either. I'm sure like any other animal with antlers, they do get tangled every once in a while, but don't worry, I think they'll be fine...

Yes, it has happened. Check back issues of Field and Stream, I believe about 1996. A hunter shot a buck with another bucks antlers and head tangled in his kill. Apparently the other deer kicked until the head was severed.

First of all, reindeer have ANTLERS NOT HORNS.......but.......
Any animals horns or Antlers can get caught in another's horns or ANTLERS... especially if they are fighting. They can also get caught in fence wire, brush, all kinds of things. So to answer your question, yes ANTLERS can get caught and so can horns, but horns are NOT on reindeer.

Yes. It's partly what the antlers are designed to do. Like a Chinese puzzle!
