If I had a rental company, I wouldn't trust a 19 year old to rent a car !!!!

Usually, the youngest is 21. You may look for one that will rent if you pay a premium for being underage.

I don't think you are aloud to rent a car at all until you are 25.

there are a few its just you have to have a credit card
