A friend of my grandmothers once gave me a pair of tights, in a packet that had been opened and the tights had already been taken out and put back in. They weren't my size and were the ickiest fleshy browny colour!!!!
Once a distant acquaintance (dont think liked me v much) gave me a paper bad with two brown soaps in tht just smelt weird......
if ppl are goin to give gifts like either of those and not buy something properly (you can get cheap gift sets etc) then why give anything at all, its better than giving sumone what may have been used tights and something that looks as mean as two soaps (and not even nice smelling soaps at tht).
Other rubbish gifts include a gold necklace with a pendant spelling a name in arabic (not my name!!!!! given to me by a female friend and was just a random name).

A $12 watch. It wouldn't have been so bad except it was the ONLY thing I got from my Dad that year, because he had completely neglected to do any Christmas shopping. So he settled on a plastic watch from Target. It was just insulting.

Well, my worest present i ever got had to been when i was only a few years ago when i lost my very dear girl friend (Samantha) in Iraq and i was here in the states to do nothing about it. that had to been the worst...now on the other hand my moms was when my father got her a broom and mop and told her it was time to clean the house! he got cracked in the head with them...hehehe! Later...

When I was 13, I got a bottle of shampoo and conditioner from my step-grandma and then somebody else in my stepfamily got me bar soap! It seemed like when I was growing up, I always got off-the-wall gifts and never anything that I actually asked for!

A manual typewriter. You see, I wanted a computer at the time, and my parents decided that an old manual typewriter would be good enough for me.

My boyfriend's grandparents gave me a giftbasket full of toiletries they had taken from the bathroom at Caesar's Tahoe.
I'm talking soap, qtips, shower gel, shampoo, lotion... complete with the shower cap!

I recieved a telescope, from my mom. I don't give a damn about the stars. I haven't even used. I'm thinking of selling it on ebay.

a crossword puzzle book, i hate those kinds of puzzles and i got one for christmas about 5 years ago, i was not happy

well, for last year we decided to have gag gifts. i got to choose whatever gift i want when my turn came to choose. i decided to choose the biggest one. which was when i later opened full of bathroom cleaning supplies including, brush, cleanser, etc.
